Recipes using Viva Espresso Blend
ICED LATTE
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz of Viva Espresso Blend chilled or cooled at room temperature.
Ice
Milk/Mylk of your choice
DIRECTIONS:
Pour 2 oz of Espresso over iced.
Add your favorite milk (dairy) or mylk (non-dairy).
Stir & enjoy!
Caffè Shakerato
Ingredients
2 oz of Viva Espresso Blend hot
4 oz Ice (4-6cubes)
1 tbsp (1/2oz; 15g) sugar
Directions
Add ice and sugar to a cocktail shaker. Pour hot espresso on top, seal shaker, and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled, 10 to 20 seconds.
Strain iced espresso into a cocktail glass, coupe, or other glass vessel and serve right away.
Cold Brew Recipes using Fenix Dark Roast
Cold Brew Float
INGREDIENTS
4-6oz of cold brew coffee
2 shots espresso
1/4 cup club soda
1/4 cup vanilla ice cream
Toppings (optional): melted chocolate for drizzling/ toasted coconut
DIRECTIONS:
Fill a glass with crushed ice or coffee ice cubes
Pour your cold brew overtop, a little more than halfway
Add in the two shots of espresso
Add in the club soda and stir.
Taste and see if it’s bubbly enough for you – if not, add a touch more!
Scoop the ice cream on top and slightly push it down into the cold brew.
Add toppings if desired.
Barista Skills
COLD FOAM
INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup milk (or milk substitute)
tip: (skim milk works best)
1 teaspoon simple syrup (or other liquid sweetener)
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (or spice, extract, or flavor-booster of choice)
DIRECTIONS:
Add milk, syrup, and extract to a tall glass, pitcher, or jar.
Handheld frother/immersion blend: Place the frother/blender into the vessel, allowing the whisk portion to fully submerge and blend until milk thickens and stabilizes.
French press: Pour the ingredients into a french press and move the handle up and down vigorously until it starts to foam.
Gently use a spoon to transfer the DIY cold foam to the top of your drink of choice.
